As our SDR, you'll spend your days finding the right companies to talk to, reaching out to them, and setting up qualified meetings for our sales team. It's the start of almost every deal we close. This is one of our first sales hires in the US, so it's a high-impact role with a lot of room to grow: you won't just fill a seat, you'll help build Micromerce's presence in the US from the ground up as the team and pipeline scale. If you like starting conversations with B2B decision-makers and want real ownership of how we grow in a new market, this could be a great fit.

Your responsibilities:

  • Find target accounts and the right people to contact in our market
  • Reach out by email, phone, and LinkedIn to build the pipeline
  • Qualify leads, inbound and outbound, and book meetings for the sales team
  • Keep your records and outreach sequences up to date in HubSpot
  • Tailor your outreach to each prospect's onboarding and data-migration problems
  • Hit your monthly targets for qualified opportunities
  • Pass on what you hear from the market so we can sharpen our pitch

What you bring

  • 1 to 3 years in sales or business development, ideally as an SDR or BDR
  • You've sold or prospected in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus (or a similar CRM or outreach tool)
  • Clear, confident English, written and spoken
  • You're self-driven and don't mind a high volume of outreach
  • You can run your own pipeline without much hand-holding, which matters in a remote role
  • You're curious about why customers buy, and you don't give up after the first no
