Welcome to Micromerce! As a Part-Time UX/UI Designer, you’ll join our creative team developing modern software solutions for data- and process-centric workflows. You’ll help design interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging. In this role, you’ll take ownership of specific design tasks, collaborate closely with Product Owners and developers, and contribute to shaping the experience of our B2B software products. Deine Aufgaben:
- Design and optimize user interfaces and interaction concepts
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and layouts in Figma
- Support the development and maintenance of our design system
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve usability
- Contribute to usability testing and design reviews
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and developers
Was bringst du mit
- You have 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field
- You are fluent in English; German skills are a plus
- You have a strong eye for structure, typography, and visual hierarchy
- You’re proficient in Figma and have experience creating layouts for software applications
- You enjoy working collaboratively, communicate clearly, and are open to feedback
- You’re passionate about turning complex information into clear, intuitive user interfaces
