Magicline Data Migration Back Office
- “up to 50%”
- faster client onboarding, in the words of Sport Alliance's COO
- Terabytes
- of studio data through one back office
- 1 platform
- carrying two modular processes: SMB and First Class
Onboarding as a process, not a project.
New studios arrive continuously, each with its own data
Magicline is the European market leader in gym software. New studios come on board all the time, from single SMB sites to First Class chains, and every one of them arrives with member records, contracts and booking history sitting in whatever system it ran before.
Effort that scaled with the number of studios
Each onboarding was handled on its own, so the effort grew with the number of studios instead of staying flat. SMB sites and First Class chains follow different paths, and running both by hand meant how well an onboarding went depended on who did it.
One process, run the same way every time
Sport Alliance runs every onboarding through a back office built on our work management platform. Extraction, transformation, validation and import are automated end to end, controlled and monitored in one place.
Quality metrics are part of the import, not a step after it: import quality can be assessed per studio at a glance, and the status of every single migration can be followed in detail. Because the back office connects to the systems Sport Alliance already ran, evaluations stayed consolidated instead of scattered across departments.
SMB and First Class keep their own modular process, both running on the same platform, so neither segment is forced into the shape of the other. New requirements are configured, not rebuilt, and the effort per onboarding came down in both.
Micromerce has helped us speed up our customers onboarding by up to 50% and significantly increase data migration quality.
